At ScanMySpot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product you received is different from your order.
- There is a printing or manufacturing error on our part.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Custom-printed QR codes, unless there is a printing error made by us.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery.
- Orders returned after the return window has expired.
3. Return Window
- All return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Refund Process
- If your return is approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Process
- If you choose a replacement instead of a refund, we will deliver the new product within 5 business days after we receive the defective/damaged item.
6. Damaged During Shipping
- Any product damaged during delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Please keep the original packaging for verification.
