Refund & Return Policy

At ScanMySpot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The product you received is different from your order.
  • There is a printing or manufacturing error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom-printed QR codes, unless there is a printing error made by us.
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery.
  • Orders returned after the return window has expired.

3. Return Window

  • All return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at sales@scanmyspot.in or call +91-8168717517 with your order details and a clear photo of the product issue.

4. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Process

  • If you choose a replacement instead of a refund, we will deliver the new product within 5 business days after we receive the defective/damaged item.

6. Damaged During Shipping

  • Any product damaged during delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Please keep the original packaging for verification.
